Empathy

Empathy is understanding and feeling what the other person is experiencing. Some people confuse empathy with sympathy. Sympathy is feeling sorry for the other person, while empathy is feeling the same what the other person is feeling.

Especially as a manger when you are dealing with the problems of your team member, you must be empathetic. In this way, the other person will feel free to share his feelings and problems, also you can collectively find a solution to the problem.
